Volunteers are used throughout the school year to assist with field trips or with specific student needs during the school
day. Parents are frequently used as volunteers for their child's classroom or to assist another class. University of Northern
Iowa students and other individuals who volunteer at River Hills are screened and monitored by support personnel. If you are
interested in working as a volunteer, contact the classroom teacher or the school social worker.
