Procedures for closing school due to inclement weather are established each school year. Notice of those procedures is sent
to each family. Parents and guardians should listen to their radio and television for announcements on school closings or
early dismissals due to inclement weather.
Those stations carrying the announcements are: KWWL-TV, KWLO/KFMW, KOEL, KUNI, KXEL/KOKZ, and KWAY.
River Hills will be specifically announced if the decision is made to close. Questions concerning the procedure should
be directed to the principal at 268-7775.
